Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Type: Contract, 12+ months

Position Overview

We are seeking an Project Coordinator to manage the successful delivery of product engineering initiatives from project initiation through implementation and closure. This role is responsible for applying agile engineering project management practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Project Coordinator partners closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, business stakeholders, leadership, and external partners to align on project objectives, help manage risks, and drive execution. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product engineering projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and closure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define customer needs, business requirements, and product features.
  • Maintain project success criteria including scope, schedule, milestones, budget, and risk management plans.
  • Communicate project milestones, deliverables, and status updates to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Track progress toward project objectives and remove blockers to keep teams moving forward.
  • Manage project budgets, including monthly reporting on planned budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
  • Facilitate change and decision management to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate issues proactively.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements, including ISO where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with Scrum practices, frameworks, and tools.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities across multiple teams.
  • Experience identifying and managing project risks and mitigation plans.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Azure required.
