Job Description

• Represent clients in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings, including appearances at hearings and mediations. • Draft, review, and manage legal pleadings, motions, and supporting documentation with precision. • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel. • Ensure all case-related tasks are completed accurately and submitted within established deadlines. • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the legal team.

Job Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active and in good standing license to practice law in Maryland and/or Virginia State Bar.
Must possess a valid vehicle and be willing to travel to in-person hearings as needed.
Must reside in Maryland or Virginia.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly detail-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining attendance.
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking legal environment.
