Job Description

• Manage sales activities in a specific sales region for all accounts. • Develop a sales team including talent recruiting, interview and hiring, managing to high standards of excellence. • Responsible for key account development within a region, and developing strategies to meet client needs. • Provide sales forecasting for region. • Conceptual sales and closing accounts with key account Municipal Water & Wastewater customers.

Job Requirements

Engineering Degree or equivalent technical degree preferred.
10 plus years of Wastewater experience preferred with sales exposure to Municipalities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and CRM software
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
Proven ability to identify and acquire new key accounts with success.
