• Develop and execute an institutional fundraising strategy spanning government, corporate, and foundation audiences. • Identify, research, and cultivate new institutional funding sources (foundations, corporations, government) and manage existing relationships. • Write, edit and oversee compelling grant proposals/applications, letters of intent, sponsorship decks, and renewal packages in collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managing the entire cycle. • Proactively seek out and oversee government grant compliance and reporting processes in partnership with the consultant, Finance, and Programs, with a target annual revenue of $2.5m. • Grow corporate philanthropy partnerships, sponsorships, matching gift programs, and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with the development team. • Align on matching gift strategies with Technology Fundraising Solutions Manager, Digital Fundraising Manager and Marketing teams. • Collaborate with the Development and Marketing & Communications Teams to produce compelling proposals, case statements, impact stories, and funder materials. • Conduct institutional prospect research using CRM insights and external tools. • Maintain funder relationships through meetings, site visits, customized stewardship, and reporting. • Track institutional fundraising progress and prepare updates for organizational leadership.
