What will you be doing?
As a Product Manager for Circana’s Supply Chain Analytics Products and Solutions you will be responsible for understanding industry\client needs, driving product innovation, defining product roadmaps, prioritizing roadmaps, writing business and report requirements, developing the reports and managing the sprint process for new product and business as usual items. The candidate must have strong experience in product management, supply chain and enjoy working with data defining capabilities that turn raw data into capabilities that help drive business growth. This role will require close partnerships with clients, commercial and engineering teams. The Supply Chain Product Manager can expect 40% of their time to be spent on sprint management, 30% on business and report requirements, 20% on competitive intelligence and innovation.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate industry/client needs and translate those into product requirements
- Defining product roadmap and strategy and continuing innovation
- Deliver business and functional requirements and priorities for product scope
- Develop and maintain core positioning for products within scope
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with on and offshore team members on product development and execution
- Be an expert on competitive products and key differentiators for product scope
- Support sales team as necessary for key customer demos and POC
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Operations Research or related field
- 7+ years-experience as Product Manager with technical and customer facing experience
- Experience in supply chain as a practitioner, consultant, or product leader, driving the development or implementation of a large-scale supply chain management solution
- Demonstrated success defining, launching, and growing industry leading products
- Understanding of data in CPG/Retail industry is strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, innovation driven, customer obsessed
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is 150,000-180,000.00.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
