Role Description
FronteraCare is seeking a mission-driven, adaptable BCBA to lead Initial Assessments in a fast-growing, technology-enabled environment. This role is critical to setting the clinical foundation for client success.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations using telehealth and proprietary video-capture technology
- Develop high-quality treatment plans
- Ensure clinical readiness prior to case assignment
- Utilize FronteraCare’s video-capture technology to review sessions, analyze behavior patterns, and inform treatment planning
- Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams
- Maintain clinical documentation accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a BCBA
- At least 1 year of Initial Assessment focused work preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Strong clinical writing and analytical skills
- Experience with telehealth and remote supervision
- Comfort with technology platforms and data systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment
- Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO
Requirements
- Adhere strictly to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure handling of video-capture data
- Practice within scope of competence and seek consultation when needed
- Ensure informed consent and caregiver understanding of assessment findings
- Maintain active BCBA certification and required CEUs
