Role Description
Create memorable experiences for high-value users and shape loyalty strategies that truly work.
In this role, you will design and launch exclusive campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and special experiences for high-value users. You will collaborate closely with retention specialists, analysts, and creative teams to deliver personalized activities that increase engagement, strengthen loyalty, and create outstanding customer experiences.
- Designing and launching exclusive promotional campaigns, tournaments, and loyalty activities for high-value customer segments.
- Collaborating with retention managers and account teams to develop personalized campaign mechanics.
- Planning and organizing unique online and offline experiences for top-tier users.
- Selecting premium gifts (digital and physical), coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Managing the promotional calendar and coordinating tasks with design, support, and analytics teams.
- Monitoring campaign performance, user engagement, and campaign costs.
- Calculating ROI and preparing post-campaign reports with optimization recommendations.
- Continuously exploring creative approaches to keep customer engagement strategies competitive.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience organizing promotional campaigns, marketing activities, or events in a B2C environment.
- Understanding of retention marketing principles and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience creating campaign mechanics, event concepts, or loyalty activities.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM or campaign management platforms used for customer segmentation and campaign launches (e.g., Customer.io, Optimove, Smartico or similar).
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic campaign analytics).
- Understanding of email marketing tools and campaign logic (segmentation, triggers, campaign launches).
- Ability to interpret analytics dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar).
- Experience coordinating cross-team workflows with design, support, and analytics teams.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to generating new campaign ideas.
Requirements
- Intermediate level of English or higher.
- Experience organizing gift logistics and deliveries (courier services, expense tracking, shipment monitoring).
- Experience working with high-value customer segments.
