As an Insurance Representative, you will:
- Engage with members to understand their needs and goals
- Recommend appropriate life and accidental benefit solutions
- Guide members through the application and enrollment process
- Provide ongoing support, including policy reviews and claims assistance
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Serve as a trusted point of contact with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Strong communicators with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Organized and confident using digital tools and virtual platforms
- Solution-oriented with a client-first mindset
- Open to training, coaching, and professional development
- Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain a life insurance license (training and guidance provided)
