  • Administer and configure Salesforce orgs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud for multiple client accounts.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings in line with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain flows, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and relationship structures.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and list views to support business decision-making.
  • Perform data management tasks including imports, deduplication, mass updates, and data quality monitoring.
  • Manage AppExchange installations, integrations, and connected app configurations.
  • Provide first and second-line support to end users.
  • Document configurations, processes, and system changes.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and requirement gathering meetings with clients.
  • Support release management activities including sandbox management and deployment checklists.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and communicate relevant feature updates.
