Job Requirements
- Has experience in high-volume technical recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally within a startup or tech company.
- Understands recruiting fundamentals deeply, from sourcing and screening to structured interviews and stakeholder alignment.
- Feels comfortable juggling multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Makes sound, data-informed decisions and isn’t afraid to push back when it’s best for the hire and the business.
- Is resilient, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity, you see change as an opportunity, not a blocker.
- Communicates clearly and assertively with candidates and hiring managers, building trust and alignment across the process.
- Has experience working with Lever or a similar ATS and enjoys organizing processes around clean systems.
- Is bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable operating across U.S., India and LatAm markets.
