Role Description
This role supports a central product organization responsible for developing and maintaining the visual systems that define the brand experience across digital products.
- Design and produce high-quality iconography and visual assets for product experiences
- Create new icons based on established design systems and visual styles
- Maintain and expand icon libraries across multiple sizes, weights, and product contexts
- Develop pixel-perfect icons aligned with grid systems and visual standards
- Document icon guidelines, usage standards, and design system rules
- Translate product requirements into intuitive and visually compelling design solutions
- Collaborate with art directors, product designers, and cross-functional teams
- Manage design feedback and iterate to improve visual quality and usability
- Ensure consistent brand expression across product experiences
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in visual design, graphic design, or production design
- Proven experience designing icon systems at scale for digital products or services
- Expertise in vector construction, grid systems, and visual alignment principles
- Advanced proficiency with design tools including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems or visual component libraries
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in visual design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional product and design teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Familiarity with design-to-development handoff workflows
- Experience with 3D design, motion graphics, or animation
