Role Description
This role involves supporting a leading AI lab in improving how advanced AI systems understand real-world recreational program management and community engagement activities.
- Create domain-specific tasks and deliverables based on real-world recreation program scenarios
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to recreation work practices
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve quality and consistency
- Identify gaps or inaccuracies in AI reasoning related to recreation programs and activities
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of recreation workflows
- Apply consistent evaluation frameworks to produce high-quality review outputs
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Recreation Worker or related role
- Experience planning, organizing, or managing recreational activities or programs
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
- Ability to translate real-world professional scenarios into structured evaluation tasks
- High attention to detail
Requirements
- Experience working with community programs, sports activities, or youth services
- Familiarity with structured evaluation systems or research projects
- Experience reviewing professional documentation or program materials
