Role Description
We're hiring a Head of GTM (Outbound)! This is the other half of our marketing leadership. Our Fractional CMO owns the narrative — brand, content, storytelling, category creation. You own distribution.
- Outbound acquisition through direct outreach, automation, and AI-powered systems across email, LinkedIn, Facebook, DMs, groups, and communities.
- No paid ads. No performance marketing. No CPMs.
- Building outbound from zero — there is no existing motion.
- Work hands-on with GTM engineers to design experiments, stand up the infrastructure, and create the playbook from scratch.
- Run fast experiments across multiple outbound channels.
- Analyze data to model CAC by channel and decide where to focus efforts.
- Manage a growing team of outbound specialists.
- Push AI automation to replace manual effort without sacrificing quality.
- Protect stealth mode by ensuring outreach feels organic.
- Collaborate with the CMO to align outbound messaging with brand narrative.
- Report on performance with clarity and take ownership of results.
Qualifications
- Technical and hands-on experience with outreach tools and automations.
- 0-to-1 experience in building outbound motions from scratch.
- Deep fluency with GTM tooling such as Clay, Phantom Buster, Apollo, Instantly, Dripify, HubSpot, Zapier/Make, GoHighLevel, or similar.
- AI-native with experience in using AI for copy variation and automation.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience in building dashboards and tracking metrics.
- Fast experimenter who measures in days, not quarters.
- Experience leading a team of outbound specialists or GTM operators.
- Systems thinker who understands the whole outreach pipeline.
- Ability to thrive in startup environments with no playbook.
- Stealth-aware regarding early-stage company exposure.

Benefits
- Up to $400,000 max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated.
