Role Description

This role involves managing a dedicated team of COBRA Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. It requires overseeing regulatory compliance and data integrity while fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Maintain regulatory compliance with COBRA regulations and Direct Billing service.
