Role Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-growth business unit focused on driving consumer engagement, merchant monetization, and fintech innovation. You will be responsible for defining the strategic vision, owning the P&L, and leading go-to-market execution for a loyalty and marketplace ecosystem that includes rewards, offers, merchant-funded incentives, and retail media solutions.
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for the loyalty and marketplace ecosystem, including multi-year roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Own full P&L responsibility for loyalty and marketplace products, managing revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost discipline.
- Design and implement loyalty programs, rewards, gamified engagement, and merchant-funded offers to drive consumer frequency, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build scalable monetization models, including sponsored placements, affiliate programs, and retail media solutions, in partnership with Sales and Merchant Success teams.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales to translate business goals into prioritized product requirements and measurable KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional teams, establishing scalable processes for merchant onboarding, campaign management, and performance reporting.
- Continuously experiment, optimize, and iterate on loyalty and marketplace offerings to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and collaboration across strategy, partnerships, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, marketplaces, retail media, loyalty programs, or consumer tech.
- Proven success leading a GM-style business unit with full P&L responsibility.
- Track record of building or scaling two-sided marketplaces or loyalty platforms.
- Strong understanding of consumer lifecycle metrics, including LTV, CAC, retention, and frequency.
- Experience with merchant-funded promotions, affiliate programs, or retail media networks.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Experience in BNPL, payments, or consumer financial services is a strong plus.
- Strong commercial instincts, financial acumen, and product collaboration experience.
