Role Description

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership, enabling efficient execution of strategic and clinical priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Promote compliance, confidentiality, and quality system requirements in all activities.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and plan travel for senior leaders.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action items for meetings.
  • Serve as the main liaison between executives and various stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional coordination among different teams as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of executive-level documents.
  • Track priorities and deadlines to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Provide logistical support for scientific and medical meetings.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and communication.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
