Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in multi-site or territory operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operational challenges across diverse regions
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP tools
- Ability to travel up to 80%
