Job Description

• Sell DaXtra’s AI-powered SaaS solutions to corporate HR and Talent Acquisition teams • Position TalentFlow as an intelligence layer that enhances existing ATS platforms • Run consultative discovery conversations around sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with real recruiting workflows • Manage opportunities from initial conversation through close • Build and develop your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive successful deals.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling ATS, recruitment software, or HR technology
  • Strong understanding of corporate Talent Acquisition and recruiting processes
  • Ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder HR buying groups
  • Passion for AI, recruitment technology, and the future of hiring
