Role Description

This role significantly influences the growth and efficiency of our partner's sales organization by establishing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies and processes. You will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence in a diverse and inclusive environment, ensuring that sales targets align with company objectives. Your leadership will impact forecasting practices, performance accountability, and the optimization of sales procedures across global markets.

  • Translate growth objectives into actionable sales targets and execution plans.
  • Partner with regional leaders to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Drive accountability for revenue performance through structured operating reviews.
  • Manage the global Master/Transaction Agreement process for service efficiency.
  • Establish scalable sales processes and best practices across regions.
  • Develop new sales programs to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead the automation and enhancement of forecasting processes.
  • Define and track KPIs related to pipeline health and revenue realization.
  • Design and optimize global incentive compensation strategies.
  • Ensure consistency of sales operations frameworks while allowing for local adaptation.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial operations or sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through operational excellence.
  • Strong proficiency in forecasting and sales process design.
  • Experience with incentive compensation and performance management.
  • Ability to navigate global, matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated financial and business acumen.
  • Capable of working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
