Your impact:

As a New Business Consultant, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your role will be focused on expanding adoption of our embeddable editor (Beefree SDK), which is used by over 1000 SaaS companies around the world, from startups to large enterprises.

Your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Generate New Business Revenue: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your understanding of our SDK solutions and how they can address client needs.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct technical discovery calls to assess client requirements, offering tailored SDK solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Address Change management: Ensure our SDK products solve customer’s job to be done and remove timing friction.
  • Promote Product Awareness: Drive awareness of new products and features, translating technical capabilities into clear, solution-oriented messaging that resonates with prospects.

You will carry them out by:

  • Becoming an expert in our embeddable editor.
  • Taking time to understand a prospects' business, assessing existing solutions, pain points and what solutions our products provide to specific challenges they are facing.
  • Evangelizing our SDK and new offerings, with a focus on explaining - in simple or technical terms - how they can solve a specific problem, in specific use cases, for that specific customer you are communicating with.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest SDK technologies and industry trends.
  • Working closely with colleagues to partner on solutions for customers.

  • Drive: You utilize your technical expertise, business insights, and sales acumen to actively generate new revenue and expand market share.
  • Builder at Heart: You lean into new tech and look to get your sleeves dirty by building and doing.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of APIs and SDK technology is essential. Knowledge of the content creation space is a plus.
  • Solution Sales: Once a customer’s need is identified, you have the ability to demonstrate how our SDK solutions fulfill that need, clearly articulating the value to ensure successful adoption.
  • Reliability & Organization: You're a dependable team player who consistently meets deadlines, goals, and manages tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Whether through written or verbal communication, you have a knack for engaging with customers and team members. Experience in multiple rooms (technical, business, C- suite).

Location & travel:

  • This is a Fully-Remote U.S. based opportunity
  • We may ask you to join the rest of the team for in-person sessions from time to time.
  • Some travel may be required for conferences
  • Some travel will be required for our yearly team retreat. Between travel and meeting time, the retreat typically requires about a week of your time. We will provide ample notice so that you can plan for it.
