- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Assess client needs and provide guidance on available supplemental benefit options
- Support clients throughout the enrollment process and provide follow-up assistance
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records
- Participate in weekly training sessions, development programs, and team collaboration
- Contribute insights and best practices to support overall team performance
Qualifications
- Experience in management, client service, operations, consulting, or leadership roles
- Confident communication in virtual environments
- Highly organized and self-motivated when working remotely
- Enjoy helping others while contributing to team success
- Comfortable using digital platforms such as Zoom and CRM tools
