Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead the daily operations of our firm and continue our record of excellence. This is NOT an office manager role: we are seeking an accomplished Operations Leader who has a demonstrated record of success in the delivery of professional services.

This is a fully REMOTE position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery of all administrative functions for the firm: Marketing, Sales, Production, Systems, and Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Designing and implementing operating processes and procedures that deliver superior service and results to clients.
• Building a data-driven firm, managed by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a top-performing team.
• Overseeing the Firm’s Case Management, Contact Management, and Document Management operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Operations Leadership experience, preferably in a law firm or an Immigration law firm.
• A record of success delivering Operational Excellence by leading people, processes, and technology.
• Proven motivator who brings out the best in the team and specializes in managing a remote workforce.
• Strong project manager, able to break down long-term initiatives into specific deliverables that deliver results ON TIME.
• Ability to build trust fast and handle emotional conversations.
• Emotional intelligence, not just hustle.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in a law firm or other professional service industry preferred.
• Demonstrated record of success managing a REMOTE staff to deliver quality professional services ON TIME & ON BUDGET.
