Role Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Podcast Marketing - REMOTE. In this vital role, you will architect and scale global audience growth across a diverse portfolio of creator-led audio brands. Your leadership will drive the marketing vision and performance, enabling the cultivation of strategic partnerships and evolving the marketing infrastructure. With a focus on data-driven systems and impactful growth strategies, this position requires a strong executive presence in a fully distributed team environment, ultimately influencing brand positioning and revenue alignment.

  • Own and evolve global podcast marketing strategy, aligning audience growth with revenue and brand objectives
  • Lead end-to-end campaign architecture across launch, lifecycle, and franchise growth initiatives
  • Establish scalable performance marketing infrastructure, including analytics and KPI governance
  • Serve as executive lead for strategic platform relationships (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify)
  • Drive omnichannel growth strategies across organic and paid media channels
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to integrate marketing initiatives with monetization goals
  • Build and mentor a high-performing remote marketing team with clear accountability
  • Deliver executive-level reporting with insights, forecasting models, and optimization roadmaps

Qualifications

  • 12–15+ years of leadership experience in podcast or digital audio marketing
  • Proven success in scaling creator-led or IP-driven brands in digital ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of audience acquisition and growth modeling
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in deadline-driven environments
  • Strong command of podcast analytics and performance tools
  • Excellent executive communication skills to influence stakeholders
  • Experience leading distributed or remote teams at scale
  • Expertise in paid media strategy and revenue optimization
  • Background in CRM and lifecycle marketing within digital audio
  • Prior collaboration with high-profile talent or influencers
