Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or 5+ years in product management within healthcare IT or EHR systems
- Proven experience with Oracle Health/Cerner products and implementations required
- Familiarity with federal health programs and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5
- Desired: Experience with large-scale EHR modernization projects strongly preferred
- Understanding of tribal health systems and federal healthcare programs
- PMP or Agile certification
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
