Job Description

• Define and execute the product roadmap for IHS EHR modernization, aligning with organizational goals and federal requirements • Partner closely with Oracle Health/Cerner teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of EHR solutions • Serve as the primary point of contact for IHS stakeholders, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution • Work with cross-functional teams to capture business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and prioritize features • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones within scope and budget • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and security protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or 5+ years in product management within healthcare IT or EHR systems
  • Proven experience with Oracle Health/Cerner products and implementations required
  • Familiarity with federal health programs and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7)
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5
  • Desired: Experience with large-scale EHR modernization projects strongly preferred
  • Understanding of tribal health systems and federal healthcare programs
  • PMP or Agile certification
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
