Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA & Operations Specialist to strengthen our quality processes and help scale our testing operations across teams.

  • Coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects and squads
  • Act as the QA point-of-contact for product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Create and maintain reusable testing documentation and workflows
  • Facilitate bug triage meetings and help prioritize QA focus areas
  • Support QA strategy implementation and process rollouts
  • Mentor junior and mid-level QA analysts and provide peer reviews and training sessions
  • Help bridge gaps between manual QA and automation efforts
  • Monitor QA metrics and provide insights to improve product quality and team efficiency
  • Collaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth releases

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or quality operations
  • Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA best practices
  • Experience working in agile environments across multiple squads
  • Ability to manage priorities across parallel projects
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
  • Exposure to test automation concepts and collaboration with automation engineers
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
