Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional market research experience, agency or consultancy background strongly preferred
- Design and oversee quantitative and qualitative research programs (e.g., brand, customer, market sizing, segmentation, U&A, innovation, B2B/B2C studies)
- Good skills in survey design, data analysis, and statistical analysis techniques – as well as experience in advanced analytics such as but not limited in (Conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, Latent Class, Key Drivers)
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and visualization tools
- Proven track record selling market research or insight services, not just delivering them
- Proven record of involvement in proposals, negotiations, and deal close from start to finish
- Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margins, deal structuring, and revenue growth
- Exceptional client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional English skills (verbal and written).
