Role Description
The People & Processes Lead owns the employee lifecycle and internal operating systems. This role runs onboarding, engagement, and performance architecture while building structured internal workflows that increase execution velocity.

Support the HR functions by leading hiring efforts, onboarding, delivering training, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
People Operations Generalist

As a People Operations Generalist, you will manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training delivery, and compliance support within your region, collaborating closely with regional leaders.
