Role Description

The Executive Assistant supports the CEO in day-to-day executive operations — documentation, planning cadence, structured follow-ups, and internal coordination. This is a foundational role inside the CEO’s office.

  • Maintaining executive documentation rigor
  • Structuring meetings into clear outputs and actions
  • Tracking cross-functional commitments
  • Supporting board and planning cycles
  • Reducing cognitive load on the CEO

This role strengthens executive execution hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Documentation & Structuring
    • Capture high-quality, structured notes in executive and board meetings
    • Translate discussions into clear action items with owners and deadlines
    • Maintain organized, searchable documentation systems
    • Draft memos, summaries, and internal briefs
  • Planning & Cadence Management
    • Support quarterly and annual planning processes
    • Assist in preparing board decks and executive materials
    • Maintain visibility over key company-wide priorities
    • Ensure follow-through across functional leaders
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Track execution commitments across teams
    • Follow up on deadlines and deliverables
    • Escalate slippage early and objectively
    • Maintain structured dashboards of ongoing initiatives
  • Operational & Administrative Support
    • Manage executive scheduling and prioritization
    • Coordinate internal and external communications
    • Maintain high professional standards in all outputs
