Role Description
The Remote Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting. This role focuses on building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline by engaging decision-makers within our target markets. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident on the phone, organized, and motivated by measurable performance goals.
- Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective clients
- Identify and qualify decision-makers within target accounts
- Schedule appointments for MPL leadership and outside sales
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Follow up with inbound inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and appointment goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Highly organized and results-driven
- Experience in construction, utilities, field services, or related industries is a plus
