Job Description

• Define a multi-year vision for Orchestration that anticipates the next decade of user scale and complexity. • Lead Engineering and Design through every phase of the product lifecycle, from 0-to-1 development to General Availability. • Enforce rigorous standards for product quality, API design, and system reliability, building trust with our largest enterprise users. • Partner with Sales and GTM teams to pitch the product, win key deals, and translate user feedback into roadmap priorities. • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the payment orchestration landscape, managing relationships with partners and ecosystem vendors. • Drive cross-functional alignment with teams like Core API and Stripe Checkout to deliver a cohesive platform experience. • Mentor or manage emerging PM talent within the domain.

Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in product management or a related product role.
A track record of shipping technical B2B products at a high velocity.
An obsession with product quality in all its forms—from API design to dashboard UX and documentation.
Existing knowledge of the payments landscape or a demonstrated ability to learn complex domains quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for articulating user problems precisely.
An ownership mindset; you are willing to do whatever it takes to solve problems and delight users.
Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results.
A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
The ability to understand complex systems at a deep technical level.
Specific experience in payment orchestration or payment processing.
