Role Description
The Corporate Strategy Manager is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of the organization's strategic initiatives. This role provides actionable insights, conducts market and competitive analysis, evaluates growth opportunities, and collaborates with leadership to align strategic goals across business units.
The Corporate Strategy Manager works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that drive long-term growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation in a fully remote environment.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate strategic plans
- Conduct market, competitive, and industry analyses to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop financial and operational models to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and business priorities
- Track performance metrics and provide insights on business performance
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives
- Facilitate strategy workshops and innovation sessions
- Ensure alignment of departmental and business unit objectives with corporate strategy
- Monitor industry trends and emerging business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, or finance
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation ability
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
