Role Description
The Senior Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships that support the organization's growth, revenue generation, and long-term market positioning. This role identifies new collaboration opportunities, negotiates partnership agreements, and maintains productive relationships with key stakeholders.
The Senior Partnership Manager will collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, product development, and executive leadership to ensure successful partner engagement and measurable business outcomes.
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that align with company growth objectives
- Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships, including onboarding, engagement, and performance management
- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and collaboration frameworks
- Develop joint business plans and revenue growth strategies with partners
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal departments and external partners
- Track partnership performance metrics and deliver regular performance reports
- Identify opportunities for co-marketing, joint product initiatives, and revenue-sharing programs
- Lead partnership review meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Monitor market trends and competitive partnership strategies
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management
- Proven success in building and managing high-value partnerships
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment
Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related graduate degree (preferred)
- Experience working in technology, SaaS, or high-growth industries (preferred)
- Experience managing enterprise or global partnerships (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and partnership management tools (preferred)
- Experience developing revenue-generating partnership programs (preferred)
