Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Luxury Travel Experience Consultant to assist clients with coordinating travel plans and ensuring each trip is organized efficiently. This role emphasizes research, organization, and client communication to provide dependable planning support throughout the travel process.

  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
  • Coordinate reservations, confirm bookings, and prepare documentation
  • Maintain organized records
  • Assist clients with updates, confirmations, and itinerary adjustments before, during, and after travel
