Role Description

The Senior Director, Network is responsible for building, strengthening, and growing the Points of Light Global Network, with a core focus on network organizational health, learning, community building, and capacity development. This role leads a comprehensive network strategy that equips affiliates with the tools, relationships, funding pathways, and shared programming needed to thrive and scale impact.

  • Own the network-wide relationship management strategy, ensuring affiliates experience a coordinated, high-value partnership across Points of Light.
  • Work cross-functionally to align network priorities with convenings, corporate engagement, and national strategy.
  • Ensure the network grows in strength, resilience, and cohesion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including experience in network management or engagement.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages a plus.

Requirements

  • Occasional travel overnight and/or internationally (estimated 15-20%).
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, program management software (Asana), and data analytics/visualization tools are a plus.
  • Ability to create a welcoming work environment for all.
