Job Requirements
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in corporate transactional work; closings and diligences preferred.
- Proficiency with Clio Manage, Clio Drive, SignWell, RingCentral (phone and fax), Cogency Global, Form D filings, EIN filings and MS 365.
- Strong written and spoken English; excellent communication.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
