The DPC Engagement Consultant is an individual contributor responsible for growing, maintaining, and operationalizing the Hint Connect provider network. This role sits at the intersection of provider partnerships, contracting, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will own provider relationships from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing management — while simultaneously building repeatable processes that allow Hint Connect to scale efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Loves building and nurturing relationships
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Sees inefficiencies and instinctively builds systems to fix them
- Can manage ambiguity while creating structure
\n- Network Growth & Provider Partnerships: Grow our Direct Primary Care (DPC) provider network by identifying, evaluating, and engaging high-quality practices for participation. Build strong relationships with prospective providers, conduct partnership discussions, and guide contract negotiations in collaboration with leadership and legal teams.
- Provider Onboarding & Network Enablement: Oversee the onboarding of new provider partners, ensuring accurate configuration of membership plans, network participation, and provider information. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for clinicians and that Hint has accurate data on practices.
- Provider Relationship Management: Serve as a key relationship manager for provider partners within the network. Provide ongoing support and education to clinicians, share updates on product enhancements and network growth, and help providers successfully launch and grow their participation in Hint Connect. This includes partnering with larger network organizations and multi-site provider groups to align on network participation, provider availability, and employer needs
- Implementation & Network Operations: Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success and operations teams to support employer implementations and network readiness. Ensure providers are prepared to serve new members, assist with operational troubleshooting, and help maintain a seamless experience for employers, clinicians, and patients.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in network management, provider partnerships, healthcare operations, account management, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Great attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset
- Experience working with healthcare providers or benefit networks strongly preferred
- Experience managing contracts, pricing discussions, or vendor relationships
