Job Description
• Responsible for design, configuration, testing, validation, training and support of Workday application
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
• Investigate issues using independent analysis and judgment to generate solution options
• Coordinate, prepare and execute effective communications and training to support Workday
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Workday experience or training preferred
- Deep expertise in Workday Recruiting and HCM
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workday
- Proficient in configuring and maintaining Workday Recruiting/HCM
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
