The Southeast Region Controls Service Manager will lead a team to deliver controls retrofit projects and aftermarket solutions at customer sites throughout region (southeast portion of the US, PR and certain Caribbean Islands). Team includes Controls Field Service Engineers, Site and Contractual Service Managers. Work with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Comm Ops to drive flawless execution meeting business KPI targets (EHS, Quality / Customer Experience, Revenue / Margin, etc).
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Field Service management responsible for leading and directing all active association with customer site project delivery, PO through Warranty.
- Lead and develop Field Service Engineers, Contractual Service Managers, and Team Leads
- Work directly with customers regarding outage and scheduling, response to business issue resolution, and growth opportunities
- Ensuring service personnel comply with corporate EHS, Quality, and Compliance policies and applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university or an associate's degree in engineering, business or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of Field Service experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Control Systems, or a controls related business.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, others considered)
Eligibility Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel in assigned region. Travel 20%, as required.
- Possess a valid driver's license and passport.
- Must Reside in the US; US Remote position.
Desired Characteristics
- Prior experience in management role.
- Prior field service experience with controls retrofit projects.
- Strong customer focus, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, geographically team environment environment
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors
- Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to set and meet aggressive goals and targets.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
