Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee all aspects of the Health Record Registry Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving departmental goals and objectives for assigned areas, ensuring effective utilization of human and material resources, and coordinating efforts with other departments within the organization.
- Manage all operations of the Health Record Registry Team.
- Achieve departmental goals and objectives for assigned areas.

- Coordinate efforts with other departments to optimize operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using registrar, health record, oncology, cancer registry software.
- Certification as an Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) from the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA).
- Five years of experience in cancer registry or oncology data management.
- Two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in non-oncology registry or data registry management is desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with personnel.
Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $111,000.00 - $144,000.00/yr.
- This is a Permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI.
- This is a fully remote position.
- This position is anticipated to close on Mar 23, 2026.
