Job Description

Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support our growing sales team. This role is critical in helping manage quoting, deal registrations, and day to day coordination between our sales team and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales quotes and pricing requests
• Process deal registrations with vendor partners
• Create quotes and product configurations
• Work within vendor and channel partner programs
• Provide operational support to sales representatives
• Assist with reporting and administrative coordination for leadership
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience in IT sales or working with technology vendors is a plus

Position Details

• Remote position w in-office work (work from home mostly)
• Laptop provided
• Full time Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $42,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
