Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with Workday required
- Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Reporting
- Understanding of HR processes
- Familiarity with data auditing, integrations, and support ticket management
- Strong ability to create advanced reporting in Workday
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Positive and initiative-taking attitude
