Job Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and engineering leadership
- at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (Director or above, managing managers preferred)
- Deep technical expertise across cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes (K8s) security
- Proven track record of implementing security controls through Infrastructure-as-Code and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Exceptional ability to lead by influence with a "Diplomacy-First" approach to resolving conflicts between security requirements and product feature deadlines
- Strong backend foundation in Python, Golang, or Java
- Graduate degree in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a closely related field, which includes hands-on experience beyond academia.
