Job Description
• Lead and develop a team of technology and data professionals
• Set and evolve the technology strategy for all Real Estate systems
• Serve as liaison between McKesson Technology, business stakeholders, vendors, and MRE users
• Oversee functionality, enhancements, and governance of all real estate technology systems
• Lead evolution and modernization of Operational Technology
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technology leadership within real estate systems and applications
- Expertise in Operational Technology, Building Management Systems, CMMS, lease administration software, architectural/engineering tools, and Microsoft Suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
- Deep understanding of real estate management principles across the portfolio lifecycle
- Strong project management capabilities and effective communication skills
