• Setting up and conducting face-to-face client meetings and presentations • Conducting timely outreach to inbound leads and proactively pursuing new business • Leading Magellan Jets’ sales strategy and regional growth efforts • Managing and mentoring a team of 2–4 sales professionals • Converting leads to sales opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships • Building and maintaining relationships with private jet operators • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences • Maintaining accurate documentation of all sales and prospecting activity in Salesforce • Executing company initiatives and regional growth priorities • Preparing and delivering detailed weekly pipeline and activity reports • Representing Magellan Jets at tradeshows and industry events
