Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working for a major game publisher or in the gaming sector.
- Native Spanish speaker or equivalent full fluency (5+ years).
- 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, goal setting, campaign execution, and performance optimization—ideally for Spanish‑speaking audiences.
- Proven track record managing high‑volume social media channels for well‑known gaming publishers, gaming hardware companies, or similar organizations.
- Strong knowledge of modern social platforms, trends, audience behaviors, and content best practices.
- Competence with Office 365 and social analytics tools (Sprinklr or native platform analytics preferred).
- Strong social copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, able to translate metrics into insights.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional partners without formal authority.
- Familiarity with or experience in the Minecraft community is strongly preferred.
