Job Description

Role Overview

Drive Growth. Shape Experience. Transform the Future of Workplace Services.

Are you a bold, strategic sales leader ready to influence how today’s leading corporations elevate the workplace experience? Sodexo is seeking a Managing Sales Vice President – Corporate Services (West) to accelerate growth across our dynamic portfolio of culinary services and integrated facilities management (IFM) for Fortune 1000 clients throughout the Western U.S.

This is your opportunity to lead with vision, inspire with purpose, and deliver results that matter. In this highly visible role, you’ll set the strategic direction for one of Sodexo’s most innovative and fastest‑growing segments—guiding a high‑performing sales team, developing enterprise‑level value propositions, and winning transformative contracts that help organizations create exceptional workplace environments.

This is a remote role, open to candidates based in the Western United States. Approximately 50% travel is required. To optimize client engagement, candidates should reside near a major metropolitan airport with direct access to key regional and national markets.

Incentives

Comprehensive benefit package, uncapped variable compensation, vehicle allowance, remote home office with travel opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales strategy for a team in the Western region, driving growth across workplace culinary services, integrated facilities management, and employee experience–focused service models.
  • Inspire, mentor, and empower a top‑tier sales organization—fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Build and deepen relationships with C‑suite executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO) to uncover enterprise‑wide opportunities and position Sodexo as a strategic partner.
  • Develop compelling, insight‑driven solutions through strong financial modeling, data‑driven storytelling, and a deep understanding of corporate real estate, workplace trends, and operational demands.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, culinary innovation, and technical services teams to deliver high‑impact proposals and differentiated value propositions.
  • Maintain sales governance, integrity, and compliance in alignment with Sodexo’s financial, HR, and legal standards.
  • Monitor regional performance against the strategic plan, ensuring aggressive growth targets are met while strengthening profitability and client satisfaction.

What We Offer

Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision Care and Wellness Programs
  • 401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions
  • Paid Time Off and Company Holidays
  • Career Growth Opportunities and Tuition Reimbursement

More extensive information is provided to new employees upon hire.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of success in complex, enterprise‑level sales.
  • Experience leading and inspiring high‑performing, geographically dispersed sales teams.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to create compelling, win‑win solutions that balance innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Credibility and presence when engaging C‑suite leaders; you excel at consultative storytelling and strategic influence.
  • A digital-savvy, data-enabled approach with competency in CRM platforms and sales technology.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • A passion for excellence—and the drive to exceed ambitious growth goals in a competitive, evolving marketplace.
