• You will collaborate with your co-workers to analyze and resolve their issues, from significant system crashes to simple user errors. • You will collaborate with fellow engineers to identify and resolve bugs discovered by coworkers. • You will liaise daily between our Engineering Department and the rest of the organization. • You will investigate and resolve data-related issues leveraging SQL/PostgreSQL. • You will coordinate across the organization to drive the resolution of large-scale outages. • You will assist in maintaining and prioritizing our work queue and backlog both in tickets and project management systems.
