Role Description
Job Duck is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing family law clients. In this role, you will manage intake calls, collect and organize client information, and ensure follow-ups and next steps are completed accurately and on time. Your work will directly support client trust, retention, and overall case readiness by balancing empathy with precision. This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently in English, enjoys structured work, and can navigate sales-style conversations with professionalism and care. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated by helping others during important moments, this role offers meaningful daily impact.
Salary Range: USD $1150 – $1220
- Assist with retainer replenishment tracking
- Support overall client experience through clear and professional communication
- Ensure tasks, documentation, and next steps are completed promptly
- Accurately enter and maintain intake information
- Manage and monitor client invoices and billing support
- Conduct intake calls with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
Requirements
- Full-time role aligned with CST business hours
- Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST
- English-only and bilingual candidates are welcome
- High volume of intake and follow-up calls expected at a moderate level
- Experience supporting family law or client-facing legal environments is preferred
