Job Description
Responsible for developing innovative marketing and training materials to meet client objectives. Act as the creative lead on assigned projects, including onboarding other art directors. Apply brand standards across all deliverables.Scope of Work
• Concept high-quality, impactful print and/or electronic creative product
• Present ideas and/or creative comps to internal team and external clients when appropriate
• Work with Account Team, CD and training/creative writers to understand the client objectives
• Act as the lead designer in the development of creative based on client objectives and design standards
• Design digital and/or print materials to meet those objectives, focused primarily on print and online magazine for automotive client
• Handle projects from original inception through pre-press production layouts as assigned
• Mentor and guide other designers working on the print and interactive and collateral deliverables
• Develop effective working relationships with other team members; i.e. copywriters, training managers, project managers
• Work with external vendors if necessary (printers)
