Job Description
Position Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for managing and creating Premium Finance Quotes. This role involves reviewing insurance policy documents (i.e. binders, quotes, invoices, etc.) to create and a Premium Finance Quote for an Insured. Client-facing service-driven position with a strong emphasis on overall client experience. This position will build lasting relationships with independent insurance agents and RSG markets through the delivery of exceptional customer service coupled with strong technical expertise, administrative services relevant to account placement and providing competitive quote options. Mentor Quote Account Executives, sharing of knowledge and expertise and insights and furthering the development of the entire department. Work in a near paperless environment where underwriting, quoting and approval activity are completed electronically.What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare insurance premium finance quotes for Agents, Brokers and Insureds
• Gather additional borrower and/or insurance documentation from various sources and organize quote approval packages as required
• Proactively follow-up on outstanding quotes, lost quotes and upcoming renewals
• Recognize new business opportunities, pain points and competitive advantages, adding value to existing relationships and growing our customer base
• Ask pertinent questions to gain market intelligence
• Perform within company standards for accuracy, service quality and turnaround time
• Build and maintain individual knowledge of premium finance regulations and individual policy provisions to ensure full understanding of collateral position and other risk factors
• Manage inquiries from Insureds, Agents and other Markets and assist in handling their requests
• Mentor Quote Account Executives through contextual guidance and thoughtful direction
• Communicate effectively with Sales Team and Management to ensure client needs are consistently met and exceeded
• Actively participate in company’s efforts to detect and prevent fraud to mitigate losses
• Assist other departments and processes as needed throughout the company
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2+ years of related experience

The target hourly rate range for this position is $24.80 - $25.00 per hour.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
